Madagascar has long been known for producing fine cocoa beans. Beans from Madagascar are primarily of the Trinitario and Criollo varieties. The soil and climate produce beans that are particularly fruity and our Madagascar bar is a fine example of this. This chocolate is perhaps a bit untraditional with its strong fruity flavors that include hints of citrus and berry and shows the wide range of flavors possible in cocoa. It is absolutely delicious and one that you will remember for its incredible flavor (Box of 10)

Venezuela has been famed for its high quality cocoa beans since the 1500s. Much of the high quality cacao tree stock throughout the world has its origins from Venezuela. The cacao from the Ocumare valley has long been considered to be some of the finest in Venezuela. Our Ocumare bar has rich chocolate overtones as well as a well balanced fruity component that includes hints of plums and other red fruit.
